Create your account here in under 2 minutes. Choose your preferred barber, set a password, and submit your application. Your Gold Pass will be created in a pending state immediately.

Visit the Shop & Pay Upfront

On your first visit, let your barber know you have a Gold Pass application. You'll pay for 3 haircuts upfront in-store — cash or card, no online payment required.

Your Barber Activates Your Pass

Once payment is confirmed, your barber approves your Gold Pass from their dashboard. Your 30-day clock starts immediately — 4 green lights on your pass.

Book & Enjoy — Track Your Cuts

Book any appointment on Booksy as normal. Each time you visit, your barber marks one cut as used. You can log in here at any time to see how many cuts you have remaining and how many days are left.

Your 4th Cut Is On Us

After your 3rd paid cut, your 4th is completely free — as long as you book it within your 30-day window. One light will remain green on your pass until you redeem it.

How much does the Gold Pass cost?
You pay for 3 haircuts at the standard rate for your chosen barber, upfront in-store on your first visit. The 4th cut is completely free.
What if I don't use all 4 cuts within 30 days?
Any unused cuts expire after 30 days from your activation date. We recommend booking your appointments in advance to make the most of your pass.
Can I choose a different barber each time?
Yes — you can book with any of our barbers for each visit. Your preferred barber is just a starting preference on your account.
Can I renew my Gold Pass after 30 days?
Absolutely. Once your pass expires, speak to your barber in-store and they can activate a new 30-day pass for you.
Is my payment taken online?
No. All payments are taken in-store only — cash or card at the counter on your first visit. Your online account is just to track your pass.
